Why my canon printer isn't printing?

 

Canon printers are known for their flawless operation and best-in-class printing. One can print any kind of document through it. Why the printer is not printing properly?

·         Corrupted printer drivers, paper jam, empty ink, dusty printer head, and duplicate ink and configuration errors.

1.       Check ink cartridge: If the ink is low or empty, then the documents may not print. You will have to replace the cartridge or refill it.

2.       Update the printer driver: The current version of printer drivers installed in the computer if no longer exist, then updates them to the latest version using the printer website. Connect the printer to the computer and install the drivers from the website.

3.       Check printer settings: If you are facing a problem printing the colored pages from the printer, then make sure that the colored printing option is enabled on it. To check the printer settings, follow the below-mentioned steps.

ü  Go to ‘Printer settings’ by opening the printer menu from the home screen.

ü  If it is not available, then go to ‘Control panel’ and select the ‘Canon printer’.

ü  Tap ‘Properties’.

ü  If the colored option is disabled, then enable it.
